Order Processing

At Lulus Skin, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the following information regarding our order processing times:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM (CST) or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Processing Delays: In rare cases, orders may take longer to process due to high demand or during busy holiday periods. If your order is delayed, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your products arrive quickly and safely. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. This is our most affordable option and will get your order to you within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Choose this option for faster delivery if you need your products sooner.
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer next-day shipping, which will deliver your order the next business day. This option is available for most orders, but please check during checkout to confirm availability.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

  • Expedited & Overnight Shipping: If you choose expedited or overnight shipping, the cost will be calculated based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in purchasing from Lulus Skin, please contact us at info@lulusskin.com. We may be able to arrange international shipping upon request, and we will provide additional information regarding shipping fees and delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or directly from the tracking link provided in the email.

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy

  • Address Accuracy: It is very important that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. Please double-check your address, including the apartment number (if applicable), zip code, and phone number.
  • Undeliverable Packages: Lulus Skin is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
  • Carrier Delays: While we strive to ship orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Lulus Skin cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
